Emailed namechange@virginmedia.co.uk with required info, no response.

I spoke to an operator on the 27th May 2020, asking how I need to change my name on my Mobile account. The operator sent me a form via E-mail and a request of a copy of my Deed Poll. Returned e-mail immediately with the information requested. Sent a follow-up e-mail on the 8th June and still have not had a response. 
I've tried to telephone 789 but I've been left on hold for over 2 hours and the chat system has been offline for nearly 2 weeks with 10 minute refresh rates between 7am and 7pm. 

Please could some advise further?

Can you confirm if this is regarding a Media or Mobile account and as you have mentioned the deed poll looks like this could be a major name changed, once confirmed we will send you a private message. Chris
