So I’m trying to log into my virgin mobile account online, it’s saying it needs to send a verification code to my email to verify however nothing has came through. My email is correct and I’ve checked spam folder. This has been going on for a few days now. I think a few others are having the same issue. So when will this be fixed please?

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing an issue receiving your verification email for the online account. 

Are you receiving all other emails and when did you initially attempt to set up the online account?
