Hi, Does anyone have a proper email address I can write to with major concerns about my pay monthly account which is seriously messed up from Virgins end? My direct debit goes out then a few days later I get a refund. Then I get arrears letters. And my account online shows PAYG????
I have tried customer services via 789 and I just get passed around and nothing sorted, in fact today I was put throught to Cusmter Care Plus or something, 10 mins later cut off. I am getting to the end of my tether now. I just need to put this in writing and have it dealt with. No web forms, FAQs or ringing up just a simple email address please.
