Right I can't locate my device in virgin mobile,why? Because I've lost the information with secruity key and eligibility info, Virgin I still have the phone! I've text you off it, which cost me! Get in touch today please, or I'm voiding the entire contract I'm sure sky would be better. Ps stop asking me if I'm moving its very annoying.
