Each month I get a message failure followed by a text from virgin stating I have reached my limit
About once per month I find myself in a situation where I can’t send texts, Virgin send me an email stating I have reached my limit when I have no limit and send very few texts anyway! So frustrating, I have complained and had no response, Virgin keep giving me different bug fixes but it still keeps happening, any advice as Virgin are useless?

Sorry to hear you're having issues sending text messages. Please can you confirm that when you receive this email does it advise you of what your monthly text allowance is? Is your handset software fully up to date?
