Hi i’m traveling from Ireland to Germany. I cannot access the roaming even though i tried out all the suggestions on the website. Please can you help me with it? my plan comes with Eu roaming

You say you are travelling from Ireland. Is your SIM through Virgin, Ireland or Virgin UK?

yeah, i’m traveling from Ireland! My sim is from Virgin media Ireland. i’m in Germany right now but i couldn’t access data. Do u know is there anything i can do.

You need to contact Virginmedia.ie 

This is Virgin UK and is a totally separate company, so they don't have access to your systems.
