Hi,
It does not seem to be possible to share a mobile contract across to the Samsung Galaxy Watch 4 & cannot generate multiple esims to dedicate one either.
Am I out of luck being able to use this watch to its full capabilities & need to change provider?

I'm sorry but we dont offer any e-sims at the moment or for the foreseeable future.

Yes, because no one has officially told the Team on here that ESIMs are available.
However, those ESIMs are only phone based at the moment. Only O2, Vodafone and EE do full watch support
