Doing my head in.....

I’m trying to leave Virgin mobile and received a PAC code last week, I received my sim from my new provider and sent them the PAC so I could keep my same phone number, I have received a message back from my new provider saying that the PAC code has expired though it supposed to be valid until 16/02/21, I have requested a new one but comes back with the same PAC code number!,

what on earth is going on?? Can one of your experts help with this please?

Hi Mblago, 

I am really sorry that there is some issues taking your number to your new provider, this isn't good. 

All PACs would be valid for 30 days as long as the mobile number remains active. So there isn't any reason why the PAC we've given you won't work. 

Have you been able to port out since? 

If not then have you spoken to your new provider directly to see what's happening or are you trying to do this online?
