This app has stopped detecting my hub 4.

Hi Maybay22, 

Thanks for taking the time to contact us via the Community. It's lovely having you on board with us in the Forums.

We're sorry to hear the app has stopped connecting to the app. I can see we've asked you some questions on your previous thread but have not had any reply to those. Can you please let us know the answers to all of the questions so we can provide additional help? Here they are again: 

  • Can we ask have you ensured that you have updated your phone as the latest version of the app. 
  • Also if you have removed the app and re-installed and logged back in?
  • Do you get any error messages?
  • Have you tried searching manually using the camera option to scan the barcode on the Hub?

Once we have your answers, we can then help further.
