I have a pay monthly account with unlimited minutes. Nowhere does it say whether international calls are included or excluded, but I have a spending cap set and get an 'insufficient credit' message when I try to call a USA number.

If international calls are excluded, where does it say, and what are the charges?

Hi,

Thanks for getting in touch. In regards to our standard SIM Tariffs, these do not include International Calls and each call made to a non-UK number will be chargeable per minute. You can view all of our Call Charges here: virg.in/pmcalls

You would need to either increase your Spend Cap or remove it completely to allow the chargeable calls to be completed.
