Discriminate against older customers? Where are you Virgin Media???!!!

Does VM Customer Services actually exist? I have had an ongoing issue with my phone, broadband and TV for months, which is beyond awful, and now my elderly mum has an issue with an invalid sim. We have both been trying to get in touch with VM for days now but to no avail. 

Can someone from VM please bother to get in touch? You take enough money each month!!!

Thanks for your post and welcome to our community. 

Very sorry to hear that your mother is having issues with the new SIM since getting it, this isn't good. 

As it's showing invalid SIM it points to the handset being network locked, depending on the handset we might be able to unlock it or see what other options we have. 

Are you able to speak on behalf of your mum and discuss the account?
