Disconected mobile

I spoke to customer service yesterday and paid my bill as i have been having financial issues which i did explain but now i have a new job i could pay my balance and i was reassured my service would be back on only to receive aletter today to say i have been disconnected i am very unhappy please help me resolve this

Thanks for coming back to us Debs751.

 

 

Has your service been re-instated yet? If not would you be able to call back into the team and get this looked into? If you've paid your bill you shouldn't be disconnected from any of your services.
