I'm a long time reddit user but I noticed around 6 months ago virgin decided to start blocking reddit whilst on data connection. This is despite none of the reddits I use been adult themed but I'm guessing this was just a blanket wide website block. During the past 6 months I have trying to disable parental controls so I can go back to browsing whilst commuting but nothing works. I login to the virgin mobile website but am simply met with a "oops something went wrong" whenever I try to open the page where I can disable the setting. I've also tried disabling it via the my virgin app. But the app freezes and then force closes upon trying to login. They have both been doing this with 100% consistently over a period of 6 or so months. Leaving me with no way to disable this nuesense setting

I'm sorry to hear that you are having an issue with accessing reddit using your data and turning off the parental controls. I'd like to take a look at the account to ensure content control is turned off at this end.
