Didn't receive mobile sim

Hello I recently joined virgin TV and 300mbps broadband and I didn't get the oomph bundle but the lady on the phone said that since I got the 300mbps Internet and I upgraded the TV package to a higher one then I woukd receive a mobile sim in the post. Woukd it be possible to receive this at all?

Thanks for posting. I am sorry for the confusion here surrounding the mobile SIM. This is only available on the Oomph bundle and not any other ones as it stands.
