Did the SIM switch, now cant receive Virgin signal

Hi I hope someone can help. I tried to phone, but got cut off after an hour. Its fine, your busy, totally get it.

However I need some help to get one of my SIM cards working. 

I did the switch as instructed, sent the text message, got told that the date was yesterday. Swapped over the SIM, and since yesterday the phone wont connect to the network. 

Can anyone help?

I'm really sorry that you've been having problems with your new SIM since you've put it in your handset.

 

Has it since started working after the activation went through?
