Hi there, so we are all on virgin network and have been for years, no issues whatsoever. All four of us have an iPhone XR. Recently, had my youngest daughter’s number changed as she strangely started receiving “weird” calls.
Since change, we have been unable to dial her number, claims number is incorrect. This only happens on wife’s and my number. Eldest can ring through no issue, can ring via landline, txt, whatsapp and FaceTime, just not normal call. Tried numerous things, not blocked, +44/07, reset network settings, deleted and re in stated contact. All to no avail. Tried Virgin CS and tech help and get no further than the above. A new sim was suggested as they were apparently migrating. Hmm, that was futile also. Help please!
