I currently have a credit agreement to pay for the iPhone that I currently have.
However, I want to know how I find out if this is linked to my mobile contract or if I could keep the credit agreement but change my mobile provider away from Virgin?
My account says I am on a 30-day rolling contract so I am guessing that I am not locked in but wanted to make sure.

You could arrange to port your number away from Virgin Mobile but if you are within a contract term, you will be charged for the time remaining within the agreement.
