Device and mobile cancellation

Hey there

I recently got a new device, I'm within the cooling off period. I've filled in the online form to express my interest in cancelling my direct debit for both the phone and data/minutes. I've heard nothing back and we're now heading out of my 14 days.

I can't seem to get a response - anyone have any advice?

Sorry to hear you are looking to cancel this

In normal circumstances we do need the customer to call us 789 to cancel 

Have you tried calling us at all?
