Hello

how long should a SIM card take to arrive pls?

ordered through Virgin Media 9th April, confirmed by email 3-5 days to arrive, now the 17th
'my orders' page is blank on the website

We're sorry to hear you're waiting on receiving your SIM card.

Is this a SIM you've ordered through Virgin Mobile or is this in relation to a Volt SIM that you've taken out with Virgin Media services? 

Is this also a replacement for an existing account or is this a brand new SIM?

They did offer something, thx Kath

It seemed nowhere near the previous deal so I'll go back to searching for something suitable
