We ordered a phone and sim card last October (2018) for my daughter.
The phone was returned after a huge palaver and both that and the SIM cancelled, and neither even taken out of the box or used.
Then 4 weeks later a debt recovery letter came and it has been going on for 7 months!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Harassing me for £49.00 of a service we CANCELLED RETURNED and NEVER used.
As a Virgin Pension Customer / Credit Card Account Holder and Holiday user I demand a response to this absolutely disgusting customer service and exactly what is going to be done about it?
Its cost me over 20 solid hours of my life.
