i lost my previous sim and ordered a new one via the phone number but didn’t deactivate the previous one so when the new sim arrived it didnt work. Meanwhile with lockdown no one seems to answer my query and i keep on getting put on hold. Its been some time since the new sim arrived and i hope that it hasnt been 30 days because then if you haven’t activated the sim it won’t work. any help will be greatly appreciated
