Virgin mobile have deactivated my account, becsuse they no longer offer oooomph, I am still a media custome and I have the O2 sim they arranged for me, but Virgin Mobile cannot provide a PAC to me, because the account is deactivated.

Sorry for any issues caused with this, can I ask whether you requested a PAC before the Volt package was agreed?
