This is day 22 and Virgin mobile still won’t allow me to leave, they still won’t allow me my PAC code to join another provide. I still have an order parked (unable to do anything) because it’s with fraud and IT. I have complained every single day for 22 days and still no help !!! every single operator says “ we can’t deal with fraud and IT “. the worst customer experience of my life.
please please just let me cancel the order and release my PAC code I will beg
