Day 22 Virgin still not releasing my PAC Code

This is day 22 and Virgin mobile still won’t allow me to leave, they still won’t allow me my PAC code to join another provide. I still have an order parked (unable to do anything) because it’s with fraud and IT. I have complained every single day for 22 days and still no help !!! 
every single operator says “ we can’t deal with fraud and IT “. 
the worst customer experience of my life. 

please please just let me cancel the order and release my PAC code I will beg 

DO NOT JOIN VIRGIN MOBILE SHOCKING !!!!!!

I'm very sorry to hear about the issue with getting your PAC code. 

 

I have been able to locate your account and do wish to assist further.
