Data

My data doesn’t work for certain apps but works for others. For example it will work for instagram but not for spotify. I have reset Spotify many times and tried many troubleshooting options such as factory resetting my phone and resetting Spotify. Data is allowed to be used in my settings for Spotify and I don’t know why it won’t work for this app, any help is appreciated.
