Anyone know if VM do a data only sim? I have a tracker device on my golf buggie so only need that.  No calls etc

Not sure but it will be an expensive way to go as the monthly data allowance is going to be far in excess of any data your tracker you use.

My car tracker has a Giffgaff PAYG  SIM and costs me around £5 per year to run.
