Data roaming - soft lock

Currently in Europe and can’t turn on data roaming due to a soft lock on my account, can’t make calls or texts and find this extremely dangerous being in a foreign country with very limited contact to family back home

Welcome to the Community Forums and thanks for the post.

Sorry that you have been affected by this, with this it usually does take 30 days for this soft lock to get removed after the migration. What I can do for you is take some information from you I na quick private message and go about confirming the dates for you.

If you have not used our private message feature before you can access this via the envelope at the top of your screen.
