I've pretty much not been able to us my data, minutes or texts for nearly two weeks it has been going off and on constantly. I've maybe had a few minutes throughout the day where I can use ithe, starting to get very frustrating since I have no way to contact people or be contacted whilst out and about. I've tried sending a email to Virgin but haven't got any reply back. And I haven't got another phone to us at the moment.

We're sorry to hear that you're having issues with your Mobile service. Have you had a chance to get in touch with the team about this? And also, I would like to know if the issue is happening only in one place or anywhere? Were you able to do of resetting your phone or performed manual network search?
We understand that you haven't got other phone, however would also better if you can try using the sim onto different device to check if the device having an issue or the sim card. Wit the coverage, you can also click here to check if there's any fault.
