Data connection

I am currently in Greece and while I was using my phone perfectly since yesterday my phone will no longer connect to any network. Is not working for calls or data. It's not a problem with my phone, I ve checked. Is it problem with virgin media or my sim. What do I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing some problems when using your Mobile service abroad. To confirm, did you setup your service for use abroad before leaving the UK, such as setting the APN Settings?

Did you receive a text when arriving in Greece to confirm your Mobile service is now available to use? What happens when you attempt to make a call?
