Hi, I have a Virgin Mobile unlimited SIM as part of my Ooomph package that has been working fine for over a year now in my OnePlus 3 phone. Yesterday morning it was all working but at some point around midday the data connection stopped. Voice and SMS still work as does Wifi data but now on the status bar of my phone the connection strength indicator just shows an X where it would normally show 4G/3G etc. I've rebooted the phone several times and checked it in various locations where I know there is a good signal (a friend has the same sim on the same package and confirmed that his is working fine in the same location) but still the same result. I've checked my account page online and I can't see any problems on there, it shows my package correctly and says I still have unlimited data so I'm not sure what else to do.
