I logged onto my account to see if it's possible to unlock my voicemail on their and I noticed a large yellow box saying I've used a my data yet when I go on to the my account app I've used my plan data but still have 6gb left of promotional. Have I ran out and the app is incorrect or does the my account on the website only show the data on my plan and excludes promotional data. Just a bit confused à d concerned I'm going to end up with a large bill.
