Data and voicemail

I'm currently in Europe, I have no data access on my phone. I had a missed call this morning and am now locked out of my voicemail as I didn't know the pin no which I've never had to use before to access voicemail.  I sent the ALL text when I arrived but got nowhere. Ive tried calling 789 but the call just gets ended. What else can I do please

Hi Tab4, 

Thank you for your post and welcome to the forums. 

Sorry to hear about this - did you activate roaming before you left? You can do this on your online account. If you have and roaming is active, have you tried a manual network search on your phone? The voicemail pin is set as standard, and this would have been on the packaging in which your SIM come with, don't worry though this can be reset.
