I’ve bought a data add-on, why am I receiving texts to say I’ll now pay ‘out of allowance’ rates?

Thank you for reaching out to us in our community and welcome, sorry to hear you have bought a Data top up but have received notification you will be charged out of allowance rates, are you currently in the UK or are you Roaming?

Are you getting the texts message on a daily basis?
Have you checked your online account to check the status of your data allowance?

Hi Steven,
Yeah my online status looks fine, includes my add-on, stating I have 992.86MB left of 2.24GB, but the text yesterday said 'youve used up all of your inclusive data alloance for this month and will now pay out-of-allowance rates'. No text so far today.
