Data Roaming not working

I have my mobile data set to on. I have done this online and previously called to confirm but still it does not work.
I cannot contact via text or phone calls yet I can use data. This happens every time and I am told to call the helpline but cannot call as phone won't allow. Currently away and it has happened again.
Can someone please suggest something to help as this is becoming a tad frustrating!

Thanks for your post on the Community Forum and welcome. I'm sorry that you're having a problem with your roaming service. Is this working for you now?
