Data Plan Update

Good Morning, Good Afternoon & Good Evening (Whichever Applies),

I recently upgraded my package and my installation was completed earlier today. With the upgrade my Mobile Data Plan should have been upped to Unlimited from 5GB. My new internet speed and my new channel package is up and running fine, its just my data plan.

The question is how long does it take for that to be updated? I was advised at the time of upgrading I wouldn't need a new sim as existing one would be updated accordingly.

Any plan change on mobile will happen at your next refresh date, which you can see in your account online and in the My Virgin Media app.
