I upgraded 2 weeks ago. I thought I was upgrading to unlimited minutes and texts with 1GB of data. Today my allowances refreshed and I find I’m on a data only package. Not only that my allowances are showing that I have used 300mg of data when I haven’t even left the house, which is strange as my phone is showing it is connected to WiFi. I can’t make any calls or send texts. I tried using the message plan suggested on this page but the message would not send. I also tried to change the plan but they are all data only.
When I sign up for the upgrade, I was asked if I was a Virgin media customer, which I am, but I was told I was not and I was going to be put on a different plan.
How do I solve this, preferably without making a call
