Any help out there for me please ? I've been trying to buy a 1GB £10 add on as I've used my data for this month (First time ever!) and I keep getting this error message.

I have tried to buy the Add On from both my phone and my laptop. 20 attempts later and I'm getting frustrated. Any help would be much appreciated, thank you

Really sorry you're having some trouble adding a data add on, this isn't good.
I'd also like to apologise for the delay in getting back in touch, we have been busier than normal.
