My phone has been cut off. For weeks I have received reminders about needing to replace my SIM, but no SIM card. I have spent 3+ hours on hold to customer services, twice requesting a SIM card. I have also made 3 forum posts now asking for help.
My phone has been cut off. I cannot work this week. I cannot use mobile banking. And no one has helped from Virgin. I have tried to use every possible channel to ask for a replacement SIM but it has not helped. I even tried to cancel my contract today but the line went dead.
This error is costing me a serious amount of money now. For goodness sake, I know moderators are seeing my posts here. PLEASE RESPOND AND HELP ME GET A REPLACEMENT SIM CARD.
