DELAYED MOBILE ORDER

Placed an order on 02/01 and originally promised delivery of my additional handset on 04/1 (which is for my husband)  Have used online chat about 3 times to query delivery date and keep being promised the phone is going to be delivered the next date, the latest date being today (7/1).  However order status shows that order is still waiting to be picked and hasn't even been handed over to Yodel, so no way is it being delivered today.   The wait to speak to someone via online chat is 45 minutes so I've given up. 

Seems I'm not the only one having issues.   Can i just have an honest answer as when the new handset is going to be delivered as I'm about to cancel the order!
