Day 34 and still no resolution, they still won’t give me my pac code,
The executive team are still dealing with it and they still can’t resolve it !!! They have given me some compensation however all I want is my PAC code.
to make this even better !!!! They have taken a payment out from me when I don’t even have a phone with them no more and they are telling me they have no recollection of it. So I told the bank and they have confirmed “ yep you’ve certainly paid virgin this month sir”
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, somebody out there must be able to help
