DATA does not work with new SIM card

I was sent a new SIM card recently (because I was told I had to change it) and now my DATA is not working.

Everything else is working, but I am no longer able to access the internet using DATA when WIFI is not available.

I checked the wesite to see if there was anything that could help, but I can't find anything that resolves the problem.

I have also tried to find a telephone number to speak to someone, but cannot find a number to ring.

Can anyone hep me?

Most likely APN settings have not updated

They are listed here. Have a read through. Most phones only require the combined settings
