I am a new virgin media customer and had some issues with my new contract.
I called the support number and the call kept cutting out so they rang me back on the same number I called them on.
They then asked me for my address and postcode and three digits from my security question.
Is this normal information to be asked for? I don't usually have to call customer support but when I have. I havent had to give this kind of info.
I just wanted to see if this is normal info to have to give to confirm my identity?
