My mum spent more than six hours over two days on the phone being transferred between Virgin Mobile and O2. All she wanted was to send her phone off for a screen repair. Was real customer care in place before the deal with O2 or did Virgin give up as soon as they possibly could?

I'm sorry to hear you have had a poor experience when contacting our team regarding a handset repair. As our Mobile services have transferred to O2 (aside from the loan repayments), any queries relating to a mobile tariff, or service would now be through O2 Care.

It would be best to call the team directly on 📞 0344 809 0202, where we can run some further checks, and raise this with the appropriate team to book a repair, if required.
