Please provide us your customers with better modes of customer service communication.
An email address & chat portal please. I do hot think it is too much to ask. Since virgin mobile started back when megastores were still around you have disappeared from our high streets.
I certainly understand, there is no customer facing email address as it isn't a secure method of doing support especially in relation with anything that needs you to pass security.
There is a chat option for support but due to the current pandemic it can be quite busy and is up and down depending on the volume.
