Hello, Couple of days ago my current mobile number disappeared from my virgin mobile account. I have and still am using this number for the past 5+ Years. I'm unable to view the bill for it, I have tried re adding it to my account, however that didn't work it always says ''Sorry, you can only add new Pay As You Go numbers to Your Account''. It still works fine but I believe I won't be able to pay for it as it is now and I can't view payment history/data usage and other information. I have tried calling to but after a long wait I was put on hold couple of times and then they put the phone down before me explaining the issue.
Please help.
