When I make calls from my mobile to families landlines also virgin I keep getting crossed lines. I’ve had my mobile number for many years but this problem has been happening since virgin merged with O2. I have had my sim changed in case it was that I’ve also changed phones just in case but it’s still happening. Also my FaceTime doesn’t ring when I’m getting a call. I’ve done all the settings checks. It’s getting really annoying now.

Sorry to hear you are having issues when making calls, we can understand this is not ideal and we want to best help. Just to clarify, what do you experience when you mean crossed lines?
