I have recently cancelled my mobile account with Virgin. Today I received a bill showing I was in credit. Does this get paid to me automatically & if so how or do I need to apply to Virgin to activate?

If your mobile bill is showing as in credit with ourselves you can reclaim this money by contacting our mobile team on 0345 600 0789 or if you have a virgin landline call 150. This request can be generated by one of the agents and can be refunded to your account that your direct debit was set up with. If you need any further assistance, please keep us posted.
