Hello, I’ve been trying to view my credit agreement for my device to see how many payments I have left but it’s incredibly difficult and awkward. I don’t know my agreement number or security key. There’s no email address to contact only a phone number which isn’t easy to find and a hassle when you don’t have hours to sit on hold.

Sorry to hear you're having some issues accessing your credit agreement.

You should have an email with the credit agreement number and the key, we send this upon agreement.
