Hi,
I called the call centre this morning regarding a default on my account. I paid this and they advise me to send an email to creditfileamendments@virginmedia.co.uk to have this removed from my file however email bounced back as address to recognised!
Does anyone know what email address I can use?

Can we please confirm what this bounce-back email said as they do have one of these but it would still go to the team?
