Credit Agreement

I placed an order on Saturday and after all the checks being done I received an email today saying I must sign a credit agreement in-order for my order to be dispatched.

It will not allow my to sign my agreement and says ‘ceNet call failure. The call to GetDocument failed with the following errors. Code:110 - Description:Document not found’.

Welcome to our Community Forum and thanks for posting.

 

I'm sorry that you've been unable to sign your agreement. Can you confirm that you received it but didn't sign it within 48 hrs? Please let us know as we may need to arrange for another one to be sent to you.
