Credit Agreement relates to which phone number?

Since being moved over top O2 for mobile services, they keep telling me that i am due for an upgrade but that ANY existing agreement with Virgin will still run. 

I have 3 credit agreements, but have no way of finding out which number they relate to. I cant login to my virgin account anymore and every email i send gets bounced back to me.

Any help would be much appreciated.
